HOURS
Custom Craft Awards and Engraving is open Monday thru Friday from 9:00a.m. – 5:30 p.m. We are closed on all major holidays. If your schedule prevents you from visiting or calling our store during working hours, we will try to accommodate you to the best of our ability.

PRICING
Please contact our sales associates for pricing information. You may reach us via phone, fax or e-mail. Engraving is included in quoted prices. Discounts will be given on volume orders and over-stocked items.

LASER ENGRAVING & ARTWORK
We use state of the art laser engraving technology to fulfill your awards, recognition and engraving needs. Logos or artwork need to be provided in a PDF, EPS or Corel Draw format. Vector art is preferred. Please note, internet logos or artwork lack appropriate resolution and are not suitable for engraving. If your logo needs to be modified in order to engrave properly, an artwork set-up fee may be applied.

PROOFS
To accommodate our customers, we will layout the engraving design and fax you a copy. After we receive your approval, we will proceed with the engraving.

ORDER TIME & SHIPPING
Our general turn around time on stocked items is 1-3 days. Custom orders take 2-7 days. Rush orders are available upon request. Orders may be shipped ground service at UPS cost. Priority shipping is available at an additional cost.

RETURNS
Items may be returned if there is an order error or a cosmetic problem.

LOGOS
We presume you have the legal right to use any logo, trademark or copyright supplied to us for reproduction.

PRIVACY
We sincerely respect your right to privacy. The information you provide to us will not be used or sold in any way other than to fill your order.
